2nd Annual Texas Independence Day Celebration

For anyone wanting to celebrate the great state’s independence, check out Terminal 5 on Saturday, Feb 27 6:00 pm. It has to be hard to follow up last year’s celebration, which included Robert Earl Keen, Cross Canadian Ragweed, and Charlie Robison, but I think they can do it. Featured artists are Pat Green, Eli Young Band, Roger Creager, and Reckless Kelly. Pat Green and Roger Creager have made their careers as Texas songwriters, and EYB and Reckless Kelly are currently following in their footsteps. Reckless Kelly played in Brooklyn last fall and are the perfect choice to get the party started on Feb. 27th. Tickets are on sale and anyone wearing a Texas college article of clothing gets 1 free drink, so pick ’em up and Hook ’em, Gig ’em, Wreck ’em and do whatever the hell you want, it’s a Texas birthday party!
